I’ve already turned it into the right size, and it is a .ico thing.
but now, how do i upload it? im using Piczo, and their image uploading thing doesnt allow me to upload .ico things. when i try to convert it to .jpg or .png, it doesnt work. any help please

Can you tell me how to upload a site to godaddy from dreamweaver’s FTP?

I bought a .org from godaddy, and I have the site on my local computer. Whenever I try to set up FTP, it always fails. I put in my log in info and password, I put in the site url, I’m not sure whether I am putting in the right FTP address thing. Can someone help walk me through it? Anyone who can offer help from experience with godaddy and dreamweaver would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

i purchased a domain name on Godaddy.com, and now i am trying to upload the files to my domain name. it does not work.
so do i need a hosting server too? or i can just make a site in the dreamweaver and upload it to the domain name??

2 CommentsThat should be enough to upload in either FTP or your host’s file transfer, right? If not, what am I doing wrong??
I also tried yourdomainname.com.index.htm just in case and that didn’t work either.
Sam, I just tried your suggestion and it said that it was invalid. It’s htm…
Ok, I tried the index.htm and the transfer failed again. :/

How to upload an auction website?

I just bought a ready made website, and they asked me to download it from a link. And i recieved all the files for it. Its actually an auction website. But what now? How do i uplaod it? I do have a hosting account but i dont know how to upload this site. Please explain in detail as i dont know much about this.
I dont know the software it was created in. this is getting more confusing by the minute.
