Female exercises help?

I need help I am 18, I am a girl, I only weigh 120 with a less then 5% body fat ratio I can bench press 100 pounds and can do over 1000 site ups in less the 15 minutes but I want to be stronger, how do I gain strength and definition without gaining to much size. In other words I want to be stronger with a six pack with out looking like a female body builder please help. Also if you know any exercises that will help make the ******* look bigger please let me know (due to the 5% body fat I only have on a cup)
